Be mindful of what you are consuming. Music, television, social media all contain frequencies. When you watch or scroll mindlessly, you are absorbing so much energy.
Notice how you feel after watching t.v. or scrolling social media. If you feel spacey, tired, anxious, these are cues from your body that you need to listen to.
Put the devices away for longer stretches of time. Dopamine craving may feel like you are pulled to picking up your phone. Pick up a brush and clean instead. Go for a walk, tidy a drawer, bake a cake, meditate.
Find mood lifting things to do.
Notice how you feel.
Keep phones etc out of your bedroom.
