I took Thursday off this week because I needed to rest. Clairsentient (clear feeling) ability requires a lot of grounding, self awareness and most importantly, boundaries. In the present energetic waves, you may be “feeling” everything so much more than usual. Please pay attention to your body. If you need s day off- take it. Dont push. Ground by walking barefoot, salt baths, massage, root veg, and anything that involves your senses.Avoid being pulled into drama, emotional/violent TV shows. Or anything that amplifies bodily discomfort.Say yes when you mean yes and no when you mean no.Take time to recharge.

✨️Take 3 deep breaths. Three deep intentional breaths. That’s all you need. First breath go connect and ground to Mother Earth. Second to fill yourself with love and peace in the now moment. Third to exude gratitude and align you to source so every breath and step forward is aligned to your highest path…
✨️Take a shower or bath. Call in golden light to the water when you shower or bathe ( name it divine/spirit/source/god/goddess/ angels/holy spirit etc ___ you choose) to let the water be purified and feel KNOW that as the water pours over you it is healing and purifying you. Cleansing and clearing. Activating your highest dna/ codes keys and wisdom within you. As the water goes down the drain see all that you are letting go – moving down drain- ask all energy you are letting go of- be transmuted for gaia for highest and best for all.
