13 is a number that represents the goddess. 13 full moons, 13 periods, 13 gateways to source. The number 13 was deemed ‘unlucky’ because it evoked a woman’s power and connection to the moon/intuition. Harmony translated means in balance with the moon and our intuitive guidance.

I am beyond blessed to announce that I have been selected as one of Spiritual Women of New England’s ongoing facilitators for full/new moon workshops as a breathwork and guided meditation facilitator. When Kate from SWONE reached out to me to select me for the position, I was over the moon excited. I started my healing practice #luvnl888 in 2008 ago to heal myself and others with Reiki-Health-and Wellness as front of mind. I am so jazzed to bring that energy to SWONE. For some background, I’m a mom of 2, die hard theater geek, improv guru, yin yoga yogi, reiki master, hiker, and I’m obsessed with spending time in the woods and with my family. I’m originally from Connecticut but now I’m living over in New Hampshire. (If any of you ladies are local, I’d love to connect).
