What It Means to Be Chakratarian — And How It Transformed my Life ! 💙💚🧡🤍🖤💜❤️💛

In a world overflowing with wellness trends, diet fads, and spiritual shortcuts, it’s easy to feel disconnected from yourself — even when you’re “doing everything right.” Many people are eating clean, meditating, working out, journaling… yet still feel misaligned, depleted, or stuck. I did. That’s where the Chakratarian approach comes in. For me, it started in 2008 with my first reiki class when I asked “What the heck is a chakra?” My mentor – She explained to me the basics- chakras are energy centers and colors and she suggested a few books. At the time I could not see feel or connect to the chakras (past tingly hands). So I used the tools I had to understand and connect to chakras. I was a “method” actress, I was trained to embody my character so I deceided: I would do the same for chakras! 7 months; One chakra per month. It was life shifting!!! Since that experience in 2008 as a catapult for my spiritual connection I have adapted the class many times over for myself and others. Group classes, one-on-one, in person and on-line. Each and every time I grew, my clients grew and our knowledge deepened. I do not profess to be a chakra guru and I am sure there are others out there who know more then me- but what I do know, is that all of us can connect and embody our chakras and anchor in our spiritual self with a mind-body-connection. I created an online course to house my library of class work & content. With it if you add on the healing package younwill journey with me in 7 one-on-one energy sessions where I heal, harmonize and balance your chakras with vibrational medicine and coach you one-one to be your own guru and embody your chakras through food, color and subtle energy.

All are welcome! I love this course and flow because I will be walking the walk with you. It’s my lifestyle. I do it too!! We will have monthly free zooms/office hours for coaching + Q&A. (and sacred circles replay available!)

Unlike traditional diets or spiritual practices that separate the body from the mind and spirit, my #Chakratarian method honors the entire energetic system. It’s not just my way of eating — it’s a holistic lifestyle rooted in nourishing the seven chakras so I can live with clarity, vitality, and purpose.

I know a lot of spiritual people who consider themselves vegetarians and think that you have to be a vegetarian to be spiritual. But, I struggled with being a vegetarian. For one, my husband and kids aren’t and family meals are important to us. For two, I became very anemic and my nutritionist literally told me she could put me on vitamins, pills and tablets or I could eat a steak. I went back to meat but never loved how I felt. As I started to flow with my chakra embodiment it occurred to me that was my eating lifestyle. It flowed easy with family. 7 chakra 7 days in a week. You can choose your flow by day , week or month. I flow by day unless , I’m doing a reboot/detox then its by week or month depending on what energy Im connecting through.

Sat & Sunday: Root Chakra (red meats, root vegetables, high protein/ low carb, okay caffeine, moderate sugars/ treats like chocolate & wine)

Monday : Sacral Chakra (No read meat- focus on chicken & crustaceans, fun foreign flavors, exotic foods, orange fruits & vegetables!)

Tuesday: Solar Plexus (no meat or crustaceans only fish) corns, grains, & pasta! Yellow fruit & vegetables. caffeine free!

Wednesday: Heart Chakra (Vegetarian- green leafy fruit & vegetables!) Gluten free!

Thursday: Throat Chakra (Vegan – no meat, no dairy,no eggs, no honey) blue- purple fruit & vegetables. Liquids like – Fresh pressed juice, Soups, broths, smoothies.

Friday: 3rd eye/crown Chakra – water fasting juice, soups, broths & Meditation!

you can see how it flows naturally into a lovely detox and healthy eating lifestyle.

PS – I am not a dr or nutritionist. This is just intuitive eating & spiritual flow.

At work the other day someone noticed my meals. Meat then Mediterranean then Vegetarian one week one week im. Lt eating gluten thr nect week I am. & . Not the next. She asked about it. I laughed and told her I was a “Chakratarian”. I explained my embodiment and journey and it just felt right…. lol.
