Reiki Level 1: The Foundation of Your Healing Journey

Reiki Level 1 focuses on healing the physical body and initiating you into self-healing. With me, this level is a 21+ day practice where you will:
✅ Learn the foundational principles and history of Reiki online & take a quiz
✅ Receive your Level 1 attunement, connecting you to Reiki energy via zoom with me
✅ Enter a 21-day self-healing practice, giving yourself Reiki daily
✅ Meditate on the 5 Principles of Reiki to align mind, body, and spirit
✅ Receive my personal guidance and support via WhatsApp or email
✅ Reconnect after 21 days for a 15-minute Zoom session to integrate and ground your experience

The first class is about 3.5 hours, go at your own pace via videos. After you pass the course, I will contact you for  your attunment. Or email me at luvnl888@gmail.com to speed up my reaction time!  After your 21-day practice, we ill have a quick 15 min call to integrate your healing & you will be eligible to move on to Reiki Level II. Learn the Master Symbol, the highest vibration of Reiki energy. This level prepares you to teach and attune others if you feel called. Unlike many teachers, I do not give Mastership lightly—I ensure my students are fully prepared and committed to the Reiki path.

⭐️ Note: My Reiki Soul-Preneur training is an add on after the traditional Reiki Levels – this is to ensure students are truly prepared to go into spiritual leadership, healing others and starting their own small business on a soul level. I am adding this course because I found as I went in to practice myself a lot was learning on my own. This step allows you to master your energy, deepen your gifts, and build confidence before attuning others or really opening up shop. If you do not plan to teach, you may skip this or take it at a later time.
