GREEN CARS đź’šđźš— (A little story about trust, timing, and the universe saying YES)
A few years ago, after our house fire—during a season of healing, rebuilding, and learning to trust again—my daughter Sienna asked me for a very specific toy: a Barbie RV.
I couldn’t afford it.
So I said no.
But I also told her something important:
“Just because Mom says no doesn’t mean the Universe says no.”
She looked at me like 🤨 and asked what I meant. I explained that when we keep our hearts open, we start to see what we are seeking—and the universe has a way of meeting us there.
To make it fun, I turned it into a game.
I said, “Okay—let’s pretend I want a million dollars. Every time we see a green car, that’s the universe reminding us that we already have more than enough and that our desires are on their way.”
Here’s the wild part…
We had never noticed green cars before in our lives—and one minute later, a green car drove by.
We both screamed:
“GREEN CAR!!!”
That moment became our thing.
And it’s been running ever since—since 2021.
A few months later, a friend asked if she could buy the kids a gift. I sent her an Amazon wish list with items ranging from $1 and up.
You guessed it.
She bought the Barbie RV.
From then on, we used that story as a reminder:
Even if Mom, Dad, a boss, or life says no—God / the Universe might still be saying YES.
Hold the feeling. Trust the timing.
To this day, we still yell GREEN CAR whenever we see one.
On Mother’s Day 2022, my kids gave me a little green toy car. It’s sat on my mantle ever since—a symbol of trust, abundance, and playful faith.
And now… here’s the part that made me laugh out loud.
Yesterday, I went to a dealership to trade in my old car for something safer in the snow.
And guess what my “new to me” car is?
A GREEN CAR đź’š
A Subaru SUV.
And somehow… it looks a lot like that little toy car they gave me.
So here’s your reminder today:

I have fun news I want to share !! And, lol a cool story to boot! A few years ago – after the house fire- a time of rebuilding and healing – my daughter was asking me for a very specific toy- a way too expensive — very cool– barbie RV. One I could not afford. And, I said NO. But I also explained that just because I say NO does not mean the universe says NO.
SO I told her to keep her heart open and wait for signs. She asked me what I meant and I said – we see what we are seeking and the universe manifests our hearts desire. I said I wish I had a million dollars. So as a game I said “ok every time we see a green
car we know that is the universe sending us a sign that we are already millionaires and have more then enough and all our hearts desires.
I kid you not, we had never seen (or noticed) a green car in our life and 1 minute later one drove by . We both yelled GREEN CAR.
It has been on running since 2021. Since then, Sienna got her Barbie RV just a few months later when a friend wanted to buy my kids presents and I sent her an amazon wish list with items from $1 on up… and you guessed it, she bought my daughter the barbie RV and we use that story, the example and feelings to show that even if mom dad boss etc say God might be saying YES and hold that thought. Since that day we still YELL GREEN CAR
and have fun with it. You see sine we love GREEN CAR so much, on Mothers Day 2022, My kids got me a green car toy. It has been on my mantle for a long time. I even took it to work with me a few months ago to remind me of ABUNDANCE and the story I told my daughter…. Well, get this. Yesterday I went to dealership to trade in my old car for a new to me used car that would be safer in the snow …. and guess what it is a GREEN CAR, lol. Subaru SUV but ITS GREEN andd…… it looks a heck of a lot like the toy the sent me. SO just a reminder to trust the universe. and look for GREEN CARS–OHHHH and get this the song playing on radio when I drove away was Ace of Base- I saw the SIGNS and it opened up my mind!!!
