1. Welcome & Setting the Sacred Space 

• Equinox  as the threshold of going in, a time to honor balance in our selves as we move through the year

• Sacred Circle

•  Connecting to the Sacral, Heart  & Throat Chakra

2. Fall Medicine Teaching 

• Spring Medicine: rebirth, renewal, awakening

• The body, mind, and spirit move from summer and action to balance and finding space to align with future summer: fertility, and growth- blossoming

• Seasonal tips:

  • Lent- Fasting and Detox- Eat light, new greens,

  • Incorporate restorative practices (yoga, meditation, journaling)

  • Embrace breath to find balance

3. Chakra Activation

• Focus: Sacral, Heart, and Throat for rebirth and speaking truth with love and authenticity

• Guided meditation: visualize seed coming to blossom  and the strength of  pushing through the earth to unfold its arms. – becomming who we are meant to be….not a seed, not roots,  not a stem but a blossom!

• light activation with Reiki & Light Language tones.

4. Journaling & Reflection 

• Prompts:

  • “What in my life am I ready to weed? what shall I harvest and what will I plant again next cycle?”

  • “What seeds of light do I want to grow in my garden?”

  • “How can I honor myself and my inner rhythm during this season?”

• write, draw, or color intentions.

5. Integration & Closing Meditation 

• Guided visualization: stepping into the light, carrying fall medicine into the new season.
