Biography

I am an Actor, Director, Improviser, Artist, Reiki Master Teacher, Grid Worker, Channel, Teacher and Mother. Yup. That is a mouthful. But we all don't always fit into neat little brands, do we? I bet you don't either. I bet you are a whole lot more than what you say you are.

I have been gifted with an ability to heal. I am a channel and light worker. It is my mission to inspire people and nudge them in the direction of their divine path- to find the spark of joy and follow it! My divine blueprint is to help and inspire all beings to wake up and follow their heart in this lifetime; To know light from shadow and use discernment for the highest good; To stay centered in the heart.

Sometimes we follow roads that become dead ends and we get stuck on a path that no longer serves us. As someone who has been on that dead end road feeling lost and angry: I know that the path you are on should feel GOOD. We need to look around and find the next yes, that will lead us to our next step.

"Yes, And"... That is the improv mantra that changed my life.

It is as simple as listening for your Yes.

Feeling into it. Following it AND looking for the next Yes.

Again, and Again.

I found my JOY on the stage. Theater has a connection to our soul. It pulls us out of where we are and places us into a dream space where anything is possible. Theater happens when it becomes a part of you and I believe in Theater Arts as a conduit of learning because it combines all types of human intelligence and learning styles. It is alive. It is all 5 senses (and then some) alive and working together to bring a story, a history lesson, a poem, a biography to life. 

Improv is a tool of communication. Nothing happens when you say “no” but you can build anything you want when you say “yes, and”. Improv is all about keeping forward momentum and not letting obstacles get in your way. It works in improv and it works in life especially, when it comes to innovation & creativity.

I would love to help you find your inner bliss and your inner artist. As a Reiki Master Teacher, healer, channel and theater artist/coach: I use Breath work, Guided Meditation, Improv games, Family Constellation, Tarot Readings, Spirit Guiding & Spiritual Coaching with an extra helping of Healing, Angelic Assistance, Light Language, Toning and Energy work to help you create change for the better in your life!
